Amine Process for manufacturing Herbicides

Two Plants of this type exist:
One for Herbicides formulation and another for insecticides,
fungicides and nutritious products, where the products
are formulated with several formulations (WP, SP, WS,
DS, DP, etc.)
Both powder formulation facilities consist
of a combination of spiral mixers for solids,
where powders are mixed with carriers (kaolin, sepiolite)
and additives, which confer the characteristics of suspensibility
and wettability necessary for application of the end-products
on the crops.
Likewise, the installations have a grinding
system and an exclusive Particles Classifier System
to attai9n the characteristics of refinement desired
in the process.
Regarding the Dustable Powders formulations
(DP), the specific installation for this type boasts
a Specific Injector, which unloads the liquid over the
carriers (kaolin, sepiolite, etc.)
Once formulated, the products pass to
the different packing facilities, consisting of several
automatic packing-machines functioning in parallell
and automized with the labelling-machines, Gaskets and
packaging-machines.
At present, the majority of the companies
in the sector uses machinery for manufacturing liquid
or solid formulations in their installations, needing,
therefore, to hire contract-manufacturing services;
few possess the machinery for both formulations as TRAGUSA
does.
