The
Amine Process for manufacturing Herbicides
Emulsion Plants
Two installations of this type
exist: One for Herbicides production and another for
insecticides and fungicides, situated in different facilities
with the purpose of avoiding any possibility of contamination;
likewise, in these Plants, formulations of Humic acids
and mixtures of fertilisers by decanters are carried
out. In these installations, some of the formulations
carried out are: EC, EW, SL, LS, ULV, IS, to name but
a few.
It consists of several propeller
stirrers connected by pumps with deposits.
Once formulated, the products pass to
the various packing facilities, consisting of
several automatic packing-machines and functioning parallelly
and automated with the Labelling-machines, Gaskets and
Packaging-machines.
Other manufacturers usually possess
only one plant exclusively for the formulation of Emulsifiable
Concentrates (EC). TRAGUSA has several plants where
diverse types of formulations are carried out: EC, EW,
SL, LS, ULV, IS, and so on.
